folding passanger seat

I want to swap out my seats from my 97 GT to 04 or newer my question is which years offered the fold down passengers seat that turns into a table? (Car is a two door so I need rear seat access)

My 2004 gt2 front passenger folds forward flat and all 2004 + have the 60/40 rear fold Down

My 07 has the "table" back passenger seat.

My 07 seats do. My girls cloth seats in the 06 do not.

Thanks got a set from a 07 seats folds nicely, now someone can get in the back seat

thats odd, i hace an 06 with cloth and they fold
