Do you have to change the wiring on the switch? Is it just so the light lights up when the fog lights are on? The light not being on doesn't really bother me is why I ask.
No. My indicator lamp quit working long ago so I didn't bother.
Yes, you can leave the switch alone if you don't mind the light not coming on.Do you have to change the wiring on the switch? Is it just so the light lights up when the fog lights are on? The light not being on doesn't really bother me is why I ask.
It can be done, but don't do it. Too much heat and you will kill your bulbs. Besides, HID hi's make such a little difference that it wouldn't be worth it.Is anyone aware of a a way to have hi-beams on with low beams plus fog lights? I have HID low beams but sometimes it would be nice to have high beams on also...its probably overkill, just thought I would ask. Sorry for the thread jack.
Around here, the copper could write you up for a Vehicle Inspection, which costs around $120, and could lead to other problems with your vehicle that must be repaired before you pass the inspection. You're right Bob but how can a cop prove it?
Canada is extra anal about vehicle safety so you are kinda screwed.Around here, the copper could write you up for a Vehicle Inspection, which costs around $120, and could lead to other problems with your vehicle that must be repaired before you pass the inspection.
Pretty sure I have a better chance of winning the Powerball Lottery. LOL
