I bought a 2000 Grand Prix last year and the fog lights don't work. I checked: that the was on switch, the fuse tested good and the bulbs tested good. Where would I go for more information on how to trouble shoot these?

do both not work, one of mine is out, ithought i needed a new bulb but i was under the car and i noticed the wire got detached, i havent fixed it yet tho...
i also have a 00 gp, maybe its a problem with em?
just check it wpuld be a quick and easy fix
 
Neither of the lights work.

Ice - that was going to be my next step, but I'm guessing I won't find a good connection since the bulbs and fuses tested good.
