fog lights help?!

Ok so a couple weeks ago, I saw either on amazon or ebay, projector fog lights with color variable halos, that fit 97-03 GTPs. Stupid me didnt favorite the page, and now I cant find it. What I want is projector fogs for actual driving, and then red halos around them for when parked (obviously). The ones I saw you could change the color of the halo ring, which would be great so I could have tset them to white when Im driving, and then switch them to red when I felt like it. Ultimately the goal is to get these for my fog lights and do a proper retrofit in the headlights and have the headlight halos also able to change to red. Does anyone have any suggestions? This kit was like $50 to 80$ for a pair of the fogs. I know I didnt dream this up in my sleep.

The problem with that is Im not sure if I found this before or after my Win8Pro installation fudged itself while playing BF4, which caused me to do a repair of it and I lost things it told me I wouldnt lose. But I will check.
 
Found it, but they are 4inches diameter and 5.5inches deep. Fitment says it works but now Im going to have to measure once its not freezing cold.
 
You could try searcing for "Oracle" lights. The local Dodge club has them on damn near everything and they sound kind of like what you're looking for.
