fog light switch light went out???

I just replaced the stock cd player for a Pioneer DEH P5200HD cd player. I noticed that the light on the fog light switch went out. So Im guessing that the guy that installed the cd player unplugged the switch or something when he took out the dash and forgot to reconnect the switch. Am I right? It worked before I got the cd player installed.

Take the dash off and look. Worst case scenario is that the switch burned out...and you'll have to get another one.

If it's just the bulb that went out, you can either replace it with an LED or with a new bulb.

or you can just ride with a burnt out bulb like my lazy butt

mine did that too when i replaced my headunit myself. too lazy to replace it

I'll take the dash off and look. If I need a new bulb, then I'll replace it. If its not the bulb then I'll just leave it alone for a while. Its not a big problem.

Yeah it is very possible its just unplugged. its easy to take the dash off....only 3 screws and some clips. or its the light bulb or check the fuse

my air condition light is out but i havent bothered with it. i roll with the windows down usually

Had my stereo head unit replaced by "Worst" Buy......and they didn't reconnect the fog light switch at the dash...that fixed it for me.
