well ive finally started off the lineup of mods on the new gtp with an intake... not much of a big deal but im so glad im gonna be hearing that m90 whining like hell again! i ordered a wizaired, and one of the amsoil dry filters, hopefully they will be in soon enough! on my last car i had the k&n fipk intake... that was a mistake, but oh well you learn from them :th_thumbsup-wink:

good job for ordering an overpriced intake that only works mediocre. ;) should have just gotten a cone filter and been done with it.
 
na i like the wizaired... i like cold air intakes and its out of the fenderwell so its good to me, also has a pretty short and wide tube so the flow is good, i dont mind spending the money on it
 
hahaha wizaired, good luck with that crappy tube they send you. and the rubber ring that goes on the throttle body, it has come off twice and got stuck on my throttle blade, leaving it wide open. then there was the time it got stuck and my car wouldnt start back up, after i did the M90 swap. that intake is crap, but ill leave it up to you to find out
 
Damn bio248 do u ever have anything decent to say to anyone? All I ever see out of u is. How stupid someone is for gettin this part or for puttin this on their car. So what? Maybe that's what the man wanted and if he's happy with it who r we to say otherwise. Lighten up bro. We r all supposed to be on the same team here
 


i have it on my car and ive had no such problems and i like it........and its not like its so much money. bio doesnt ever say nething nice lmao

just giving a valid opinion. ;)

i would not buy it if it were me. i would buy TDC's fenderwell if i wanted a good intake, but since im so far into boost now the intake i have doesnt matter for cold air. i go for flow and flow only. open cone, biatch. :D

yeah, i like tdc's intake as well, but i thought he stopped making them? and plus i drive this car every day and in new york the winters suck so i wanted to keep it out of the fenderwell
 


I had the latest gen wizard, it was nice but, they are only useful for lightly modded gp's. As soon as you get into bigger mods it will no longer fit and becomes use-less, that's when you will realize you wasted your money and should have spend just $40 on some plumbing parts and filter.
 
its a good design. new tubing and it works awesome.

i dont like fenderwall intakes that much myself. maybe because my fenderwall is not that sealed up and gets pretty dirty. and after having an open cone in the engine bay i apricate the box.
