• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

I will have to stick my head under the car this week to replace fog light. I will look again then but I think I have some thing like this. They make 1-1/4 to 3/4. And 3/4 to 5/8.

Looks like those will work perfect. I was thinking to get a 90 degree coupler coming off the radiator then go to the reducer and up to ic. I have the 3/4 to 5/8 already. Gonna run a flow dector as well. Do you know what the threaded port is on the left side of the radiator?

The one right below the magnifing glass.

Will do. Im gonna take pics of the install and post since I cannot find any. It seems like a cheaper alternative and then I wont have to worry about wife knocking anything off if she happens to drive it. Lol.. It will be when the weather warms up next month I hope. Still collecting all the parts :)

cool, ive done some math and i really think it could be just as good as a frozenboost. Your loosing about the frozen boost is about 630in cubed, and golf rad is about 420 but you get alot more surface area with the golf rad. Ive even read that people have found higher water temps with a 3inch core vs the 2.5 they blamed it on heat soak

My Bonneville you can't even tell I have a FMHE even if your looking.

You calculated volume, you should calculate surface area of the aluminum fins. You will come up with a number 2 or 3 times a bar and plate (froozen boost). The golf radiator has 30 fins and inch compared to something like 10 fins an inch for frozen boost.

Thats what im hoping for, everything tucked up nicely. Also hope there is still room for my trans cooler...lol
