Flickering DIC when cold

It's especially annoying because it insists on giving me the low fuel ping every time it resets.

It eventually stops once things warm up.

I just don't know what to replace; the entire panel or just wiring? Anybody else have this issue?

My DIC flickers when its cold out too. I just have my lady friend use her warm hands and..........
 
any other lights ever flicker? like the cluster?

could be a loose ground off the tranny bell housing, the smaller wires tend to fail at the eyelets.
