flex plate problems

I have a 2000 gtp with a replaced engine the flex plate has broken once
now the new has become loose any ideas on how to stop this?
 


Yes....you should always use new flexplate bolts. Just for kicks I tried to retorque my old ones properly, and they never would. Like the threads stretched.

But yeah...a tiny dab on loctite on the mid of the threads, with new bolts, and you'll be all set.
