Fix, Sell, or Punt.... what would you do?

I have a PA bonneville with 220,000 miles. I rebuilt the tranny myself 170,000 but the car was a little rusty. I had the rockers, gas door and hood fixed. Now the car still runs good but I'm loosing the battle for rust underneath. I have a 15 year old that is going to learn to drive it then it's done forever.

I would definitely look at the rust. Kentucky is easy on cars maybe she should get something from Kentucky. Once the rust start it will still rust out in Kentucky.
