first gear slips/shudders under moderate acceleration

first gear shudders/slips under moderate acceleration but not when i light foot it, or slam on the gas, unfortunately slamming on the gas spins the tires and feels a bit like a "neutral drop" and i dont wanna break anything. As far as i have scanned i dont have any tranny codes, unless my scanner just doesn't see them. all other gears are good and solid and seem to shift nicely. fluid levels are good. and this happens a bit more when warm but is fairly consistent. any advice would be appreciated.
 


yeah its possible, but like i said, if i go light on the throttle i get nothing, if i gun it i get wheel spin, but if im just doing normal acceleration it shudders from about 5mph to 17ish then its good, i can have the throttle anywhere i want in first 1st with no shudder or issues, its only moderate acceleration from 5-17ish mph that it will do this, at any time if i let off the throttle or hit it harder it stops.
