• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

finally

time to get a new tune. those headers just made you run lean, which may or may not be a good thing, but you wont know until you scan it.

Go ahead and get a tune like Bio said...and good luck on the sealing. I had all mine welded. My Pacesetter's are in 2 parts as I just got tired of dealing with them...the front header and then My Crossover, Collector, Rear Header, and Downpipe is all one piece. I thought it was going to be a nightmare when I was working on it too but it really wasn't that bad.

Good buy though...they are great for the money IMO

how the hell did you get that in after you welded it my cross over was fightin me on the install haha thats crazy....was it a huge pain in the ass to get in? did you go in from underneath or top?

i know a dude that can weld them shut for me so should i just have them welded from the get go? did you just mark where they lined up before removal? mine are raspy leakin like a champ its annoying....

not yet the y is leaking for sure i just dont wanna be under there everyother week fixing leaks thats why im leaning toward just having them welded shut..

I'm still eying the pacesetters. I plan to buy them from ZZP (since ZZP mods the pipe sizes to fit better) and use the SDD kit. Should have no leaks then.

mine have the pro kit from zzp but i have the shytty orignal clamps i need better ones im gonna try sealing the y and if it doesnt work ill reside to welding them shut...

band clamps are your friend :D

and holy hell bluegtp!! how did you get that in there??? i plan on taking mine off sometime soon to fix my leaks. i like your set up but am afraid i wouldent be able to get it in

Well...I got some skilled people at the welding game...LOL It was all done on the car; no joke.

Pulling it out or putting it back in wasn't too bad...you just had to pull the tranny dipstick and ratchet strap the motor forward (and reverse for the install)...and if anyone does do this...before you go about just welding the whole thing. The 3-Bolt Collector had to be modified since I was lowered. My exhaust guy cut out the top bolt, made it flat surfaced, and welded it...

BUT...no leaks WHATSOEVER :D

thats pretty sweet. i might have to try this.

and damn welding it while it was on the car. my guys must suck because they couldent get in the middle of the Y pipe or very far up it. mainly just enough to hold it on. damn downpipe keep coming undone on WOT
