I took my car to mineke to get my cat installed, and they fixed the mufflers. They are not on perfect and my exhaust is great. I will forever try to steer people away from monroe. On another note, after treating my car so badly for taking it to monroe, id like to repaint my chipped up fascias.

Which paint have you guys used?
 


so are you just going to bend over and accept that? or are you gonna take it back, complain, and demand they fix it?
 
Well, i brought it back once and they still didnt fix it to the point of me being happy. Now that another shop has fixed it i assume its a dead case. I would love to give them hell and have them pay for it to be fixed.
 


hard to say now that they are fixed. if u have ur receipt, i would try and ***** and ask for some type of a refund.
 
take it to corporate if all else fails...that way they get *****ed at from above...job at stake in this economy means people will move their ass ;)
