Hopefully its before you burn up the fuel pump by causing it to strain to maintain fuel pressure through a clogged filter, cause then you'll have the enjoyment of replacing not only the $6 filter, but the $$$ pump as well.

But to get the $6 filter changed, it's a $80 fee at Jiffy Lube. And I can't do it myself.

I don't know how they'd get it off if I cannot.

In the past people have let shops try, fail, then force them to replace the line at their cost.

Not condoning that method though.

And for this I wouldn't even consider Jiffy Lube, unless of course you don't like you ride. Find a good independant shop and have them give it a go. They would most likely be able to deal with this better than an oil change place.
