theres 3 or four wires front bottom of engine that can either be ground or the hot for the starter
If they arent hot when bats hooked up and key is on should i assume they are grounds

also are there 2 grounds on the trans and one main line to the starter with one small wire going to it aswell? will be at school in an hour or so and these are the final wire i need to hook up

Any help would be great

the starter has 3 wires, 2 small and one big, the big one has a hook on it so it sits in place. the 2 smaller wires have smaller eye holes and wont fit on the same spot as the big wire. the ones for the trans, i think are 3 wires on 2 eye holes if i remember right, but they are all the same size eye whole and i think are the engine grounds.

the purple wire on the starter goes to the smallest one i think. id know better if i was looking at it and its snowing outside.

i think if the grounds arent hooked up you wont get spark. however if they dont spark then they are usually the same current, either they are both grounds or both positive.

yea i marked all most everything but it was a month ago
also my starter only has one small i know cause i couldnt find a small enough socket and cut the wire ill test for wich is a hot wire then thanks

The two grounds are in the same loom and tied together. They hook to the trans stud with the ground cable.

The starter. I recall the purple solenoid wire, and then on the large post is the battery cable and one other wire.
