I hopr this post is in the right place. Still learning to navigate around here. Hope someone can shed some light. 2003 gpgt, every once in a while when i push the gas it moves slowly then suddenly engages like its slipping. It has 140,000 kms on it and i just replaced the cat cause it eas plugged. Does this mean my transmision is slipping. I am not a car guy so i have no clue. Anyones feed back would be great. Also any ideas on how to correct it(without a new tranny lol) !!!

If you click on my link your problem is described down towards the middle to lower part of the page. This is a fairly common problem with these transmissions once the mileage starts to get high and unfortunately there is no simple fix without taking it apart. A few guys have tried Lucas additive and had luck but I am not a fan of additives and if it does help it is likely only going to be short term but its worth a shot.
