FE4 or non-FE$

I have an 08 GP 3.8L, ABS & Traction Control.

Emergency brake cable seized up holding the brake on, plan to replace both.

Looking at Rock Auto for Emergency Brake cables (rear ones) and the specify FE4 or non-FE4. How do I know which one I have?

Is this a pretty easy job? looks fairly straight forward.

In the trunk. Either on the deck lid or in the spare wheel well.

FE4 should only be for the GXP.
