So apparently my uncle had a gxp, and is gonna give me his old struts ( they have nothing wrong with them ) and my plan is to send em to bilstein to have them looked over and rebuilt if necessary, still trying to figure out how to do this...I've heard a few people saying it could be done and it would cost about 75$ maybe more maybe less( if anyone has done please feel free to chime in also with how to get in contact with them looked at their website a couple of times, I'm guessing an email would be a rather solid starting point). but I heard the ride height is higher than factory if you don't have the gxp, if I used for say comp g springs would it set back to factory height? Or would I need a little lower yet? I've been doing research on various suspension parts for the past few weeks (maybe you can tell from my posts, *shows I'm a genius in the category*) but insight would be amazing here. No clue what I'm doing with the height, and yes I've looked into it but only seen stuff for 97-03.

To be honest I'm just looking for stock ride height. Sleeper status hopefully 
. But you lost me on the AFAIK?? This means? And could I just do comp g springs and be solid for ride height? Or would I still have to have bilstein lower them, and would they know the specs to lower them??
