fault code PO108

started the car this morning, was running funny, idle was a bit high and fluctuating very fast, lots of exhaust coming out of the tailpipes, funny smell, woult hesitate a bit while starting off

got the fault code reading useing the ap on my android phone

take it to a dealership and let them figure out what the problem is or what?
