Jailbreaking is one thing because its not illegal your just voiding any support or warranty for the device, I've done my fair share of jail breaking and rooting, I can't see how you think 4 shared is legit. Your getting a app for free when you have to pay for it.

Its an option you can choose to do but you still have access to the app store and can purchase apps the way you should.
