False kr or not?

Got on it this morning, noticed I hit around 4.9kr on the gauge, I'm stock except for a can tune and Cai, that doesn't seem like a normal reading? Also notice upwards of 3kr on the way home with the ac on and putting it down sometimes... Any ideas?

Is it really hot when you're doing that? I'm not trying to be an ass, but the solution might be to keep off WOT.

if you got hp tuners, or someone near by, (your sig) have them lower your wot timing. car feels stronger with less timing and no kr, cause the kr just pulls the timing any ways and then it falls on its face.

Stock is 4-7 degrees but that seems to be norm, so when adding performance parts, you really want close to 0..

yes, once modded you want no kr at all.

but even a stock set up thats kr free is better then one with 5º kr. if you got a tuner handy, fix that.

i had 8 stock lol it was a dog. rockers killed 5 off, u bend delete killed the last 3, then i got headers and a tuner and well, more mods were installed.

but its a 4 bolt job? kids with small hands are a huge help BTW lol

then theres always the chance the o2 sensor wont come out the old dp. mine was fused in there.
