Ok, I'm done with this cold BS. Trying to work on cars in these temps is just about impossible anymore. My hands do not appreciate the cold like they used to. Hell, even my beer slushed up tonight when I went out to fire up the cars to keep the batteries hot, lol.. I hope this snow ends soon so I can get out to my truck and fire it up too. Batteries are too expensive to let die nowadays.

I wish! I wore my coveralls and boots shoveling the driveway today, lol... 9" of snow. Hopefully I can trudge my way down to the other driveway tomorrow at some point and fire up my new to me F150. It's not near any power source so keeping a battery tender on it is impossible.

15 inches fell here sunday. i didnt leave the house. going to venture out in a bit to clear off the tahoe, do some food shopping and get back inside. (im done with the milk eggs and bread morons at the last minute) theres one good thing about apt living life, i dont have to touch the snow other then to clear off my car. camaros all safe in a garage ;)

It's stupid cold this winter... wtf happened to global warming? It seems like winter gets colder every year....

COREY!!!! come take your damn cold air back. sub freezing for over 2 weeks now. theres still snow on roof tops here from 2 weeks ago. im tellin ya, come get your weather out my back yard damn it lol

Well it appears we got a "hot flash" and warmed up to 48* today. Finally nice enough to fire up the 96 F150, '95 Bonne and my GP without subzero temps. My alternators say "thank you", lol.

I used to love winters. ice fishing and wreaking havoc on my snowmobile.
not a fan too much anymore.
I decided with is being bone smokin cold, it was time to tackle a drywall repair. had new AC unit installed a few years ago needed new whatever lines ran to furnace. whoever owned the house before me thought it a good idea to drywall the ceiling in the basement so had to tear out drywall on the ceiling to run the lines.
for some reason AC peeps had to jump a joist cavity with the lines so had to drop the ceiling a bit across that section.
Ive done a lot of construction in my life. mostly framing, roofing, siding, windows. drywall?
it brings out the F bombs in me.

Yep. I am just about done with all this cold shit myself. Ive used about 6 cords of wood already this year.... And I bet I still have 5-6 weeks of burning left.
