f body brake low pedal

I did top off the brake fluid every 5 or so pumps to ensure there was no air in the system.

One thing i noticed, I had the same issue the last time I did a brake job and as "fbm" described, the pedal did firm up in the days to come. Just feels "dangerously" low. Im going to bleed them again in the AM for kicks.

Re-bled the system, same result, getting used to it. Read online and in other forums that the fix is either the upgraded Master Cylinder and/or a GXP Brake Pedal swap. Cant seem to find much info on the GXP Pedal swap though. Anyone have any insight on this?

if your feeling just the top of the pedal is soft, kinda like the stock brakes were, thats the norm, its when you stand on the pedal they work like they should.

like i tell every one, the f bodys feel like stock brakes till you need to really use the brakes. and bam, the car stops.

if still new drive em nice for few days, they will come in real nice for ya and need less pushing power once broken in.

I noticed on my CTSV front and GXP rear setup, the pedal is super hard, and doesn't stop like it should. It's hard pretty high into travel, too, doesn't take much to do it. Sounds like a similar issue.
