External Trans Cooler

I'm replacing my radiator this week. While I'm at it, I'm just going to upgrade to an external transmission cooler. Coincidence, Summit is running a special on B&M External Coolers, so I think I'll go with one of them. Should I just get the biggest one I can find? Is there such thing as "too big"? Should I be concerned with covering half of my radiator with my trans cooler?

Here are the coolers I am looking at...

8.5" x 11.25" x 1"

7.25" x 11.25 x 1.5"

u wont need the biggest one u can get, i have one thats a little bigger then my hand, and i pulled it from a honda at the wreckers, it does the job for a gxp.

Those supercoolers are nice. I run the 70268 on my 95 T-Bird and it worked great. IIRC, the supercoolers have a built in thermostat that will allow the fluid to bypass the cooler until it reaches a certain temp. so you don't have cold fluid staying too cold. Want to say it was around 160* when it opens up.
