Exterior lights will not shut off.

I believe I may have an issue with my automatic light, it seems like it may be a sensor. The lights are always on until late morning and come back on in the early afternoon. There is a small gap of a couple hours where they actually turn off at around 10-2 mid-day. Any advice on what this could be caused by or how I could fix it? Thanks guys(p.s. Pretty sure it's not the DRLs it is the actual night time lights. Quite bright.).

check the dome switch if you can dim the dashboard lights while the are on you are right it is NOT the DRL's
