Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

extending 02?

When I put headers on I just decided to lengthen it myself. Well eventually it pulled apart and now I need to re solder it but there are two brown wires on the sensor that need to be soldered back together but I'm unsure which brown wire goes to which...does it matter what brown wire they're hooked up to?

From my understanding if you are going to extend your 02 you should not do it in the 02 harness as it can cause the 02 to throw codes.

Two identical lengths of wire of the same gauge will have the same resistance.

If your solder joints or the connections have enough resistance to matter, they are damaged and in need of repair.

Some have claimed the sensor side of the harness is used by the sensor in determining the difference between exhaust air and ambient air.

This would suggest otherwise:

It doesn't seem like that would play a very large role in the accuracy of your sensor. It would seem buildup on the inside/outside of the tip would be much more harmful here.

take and old sensor and a junk yard connector and make your own extension harness. when i first did my swap and headers i extended the O2 wires. had some minor issues and scrapped the idea and made my own O2 extension. for time and money just get the ZZP one and be done.
