What do you guys think of Extended Warranty agreements for your vehicle? Anybody have one? If so, share all the details about it. :th_thumbsup-wink:

Idk but i have been getting bombed with calls on my cell about getting my warranty extended and its buggin the crap out of me.
 
I have one on my truck. Went from 3 yrs 30,000 miles to 5 yrs, 75,000. I figured as long as I was going to be paying on it, I could do the extended on it. That way if something happens, I'm not having to pay to have it fixed plus the montly payment. What I paid for the extended, would be alot cheaper than half the stuff would be to get repaired,.

I agree, I'm looking for one for my truck as well. I decided to not get it when I bought it. I wanted to look around and see if anyone on this site has ever had one and what kind of luck both good or bad they had with them. How much did you pay for yours and what company was it through?
 


I got mine through Chrysler when I bought the truck. I really can't remember what the total cost of it would be because it was added in to my payments. If I can come across my contract, I'll get it for you, but off the top of my head, I can't remember. It was back in 05 when I got it. If I had to guess, I would say it was under a couple grand. Just as a rough estimate if that much. I think it's good because I have the extra after the usual years or mileage. I was having a problem with my delay wipers here recently and it was in the shop like 3 times for it so just knowing I wouldn't have to come out my pocket for it was nice. If I didn't have it, I am over my years, but not the mileage. I'm glad I spent the extra for it just having that piece of mind.
