What size tips are people using? I've been finding that the tips I'm looking at are 2.25" ID, but the pipe out of the muffler is also 2.25" ID. I could just get them welded end to end with a coupler piece on the inside, but that makes them stick out farther than I'd really like them to be.
 


Get 2.5" and then you can slide the tip over the pipe on the muffler and position it where you want it to be and then weld.
