exhaust setup

this is from zzp's website for their downpipes(bolt in):

Bolt in off-road pipes do not have converters in them. You will need an O2 sim or PCM programming to remove the 137-141 & 420 codes. They are not legal for use on public roads. They provide maximum HP gains and minimum weight. They bolt into a stock or aftermarket cat back exhaust system. They do not include an O2 bung for the secondary O2 sensor unless selected from the drop down. All bolt in downpipes have a 2.5" exit flange that bolts in the factory [FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]location, if you would like a 3" exit flange please attach a $20 custom payment to your downpipe order and we will include the correct bolt in flange.[/FONT]

bolt in with cat(3") is stated as the same as above, just with a cat in it and no need to reprogram pcm........the weld in 3" DOES have a 3" exit(no step down flange obviously as it is a weld in) fyi.......

good...so 3" BOLT-ON catted downpipe from zzp will bolt up to the exhaust manifold and the resonator without an adapter. and i will get the rear O2 bung for the sensor.

correct?

and should i get new exhaust gaskets? or can i use the old ones
 
well it says it is bolt up, but I have not purchased mine yet to know for sure.....you do have to choose the rear O2 bung sensor as an option.......and I am going to get new gaskets with mine just to be safe.
 
thats wut i thot bc new gaskets couldnt hurt...and it looks to me the exhaust reducer is only for the 3" weld-on dp so ill b safe with a bolt-on
