Exhaust rusting out

I have an 05 GP that I had the single exit replaced with a dual exit exhaust almost 3 years ago. Now the welds at the Y have rusted out and it is getting louder and more annoying by the day. I was looking at a ZZP catback instead of just going to an exhaust shop around town but I wanted to get ride of the restrictive manifolds and DP too. Now I'm not sure what to do as if I go from one end to the other it's like $1000+ and I don't have that kind of cash right now. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

Yea, find a local junkyard that has a GP in it with dual exits and snag the exhaust from it. Bolt it in and done. Way under 1K.

Echo what the other guys are suggesting. Junkyard exhaust and add headers or a downpipe if you really want to do something. Should cost you 1/3 of $1000 if not cheaper.

Called all around and none of them have any GPs with exhausts intact. Should I buy 2 mufflers tips and a welker pipe from autozone? Probably would be like $300ish. I thought about getting the cheaper ZZP but it's aluminized and in Ohio that would get eaten alive by the salt and brine in the winter

Hahaha well it made for some interesting comments. So back on exhausts what's everyone's opinion should I get the 304 stainless ZZP for $569 or the used magnaflow for $450?

triple loud!
check out borla, it sounds decent but the price is way higher than zzp.
Otherwise pull your stock of by some pipes, buy a bender and welder (harbor freight) and have fun learning a new skill!
