Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Exhaust Manifolds

Looking for headers that will work with lowered Grand Prix's. I read when you lower your WBody certain headers won't fit because your motor is now at a different angle then before...

Fit as in hit the firewall? If so get shorter dog bones to re-align the motor I suppose. Watch the U-Bend on the Speed Daddy brand ones, may hit the ground. easy fix just reweld it

I have shorter dog bones and anti pogo washers that haven't been installed.
I saw a video of the Speed Daddy headers on a 3800 but not sure what car.
He had issues with the front manifold right up against the radiator fan.

1) Buy headers
2) Start install
3) Check clearance with shorter bones
4) Check again with longer Bones
5) Choose the better option
6) Finish install

I was lowered 1.5in overall and never smacked the downpipe on the ground with speed daddys in the 3-4 years I had them.

Shorter dog bones don't do anything to help you there. Cut and re-weld the downpipe or run it as is.

On 97-03's it will likely hit the fan shroud with shorter dog bones anyway, they are really close even with the stock ones.

ZZP has a fan spacer kit that moves the fan closer to the radiator for more clearance with headers. It looks like three screws and three washers.

I installed that spacer kit, and the next day the low coolant light came on, fan had moved too close to the radiator and had worn a hole in it. had to replace the radiator.
