Exhaust and side mirror

Well I have little problem with my exhaust it is kinda loud and I just notice I have little rust hole in one of my mufflers and also notice that when I do get new mufflers I also need to get new tips since the the tips are weilded on to the muffler so what kind of mufflers and tips do you guys suggest that is at a decent price and also what kind of side mirror should I get since the driver side one only goes side to side and doesn't go up and down and mine has a heater in if so let me know some nice mirrors that's at a decent price also thanks guys.
 


Alright could they also weld the exhaust back on to the spot where it broke at the welding spot. I never heard of that for an side mirror.
