• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Ever seen this??

it cant possibly be that hard to tune with somebody that is competant with the software and a wideband.

People seem to have issues with fueling tunes for two different levels of boost that change independently throughout the powerband. Seems to me you could adjust the MAF settings to handle it, but what do I know? :th_sick1:

IF I could be convinced to tune that shyt, it would go speed density before I even plugged into it.

I think it'll actually run just fine, especially how that one is set up. People have a lot of trouble programing two different power adders to feed separately into the engine, but can usually get away with just blowing the turbo through the supercharger. The supercharger boosts the low end of the powerband and as it becomes less efficient at higher RPMs the turbo has spooled up and is adding additional boost. I think some people feed the turbo through the BBV to bypass the blower? I'm still reading.

The blower can only push so much air into the LIM.......I just don't understand the concept with twin-charging.

With that setup the idea is for the supercharger to generate low-end power while the turbocharger is still spooling, then the turbo generates high-end, so you have full boost throughout the powerband, rather than one or the other.

Hmm so to allow the blower to keep up, (as cop said, it can only push so much), the objective would be to get a larger blower. Not a gen v, NOT A TVS, but more along the lines of an mp112. Even then, I would just throw off the blower and keep the snail

Eh, I like the idea. I'll probably end up twincharging mine if I ever learn to tune, or make friends with a tuner :p
But, top-swap comes first. That'll be fun.
