I can't recall ever having a bad experience other than the attitude of certain employees that are on another forum.
I've always got what I ordered, and in a timely manner.
 
shipping and parts have been spot on. Except for an issue where i was shipped an L26 hv3 instead of a L36 hv3. **** happens.

That, and I went through 2 front sets of wheel hubs....that was the deal breaker for me. Their service blows when you have issues. 2-3 days to get an email response, and then you get a 3 word email saying sorry. Took me 2 weeks and 3 phone calls to get my money back. Secretary was the one that finally helped me out, and she gave me an in-store credit (wasn't happy), and i sold the store code to someone for $20 cheaper. Still took a loss in a all the shipping hassles and the sale of the code :th_shakinghead2:
 
I have spent alot of money with them over the last few years and have had nothing but great customer service. Anytime I had a problem or a question it was taken care of asap.

Problem I had...
Pulled wire boots apart on quite a few ZZP plug wires at different times over a 1 year period. Turbo Tim always sent me out a replacement asap. I finally got tired of having problems with them so I wrote Tim an email to talk about the problem. I asked him if he can cut me a deal on the PRJ wires, Tim told me he wanted me to try a new ZZP wire and he sent me a new set for free. Wires worked great :)
 


shiat i just ordered s/c coupler coolant elbow erg block off mps hub ssm90 lim with gaskets and ss m90 install kit my core arrived there friday and still havent got anemail saying it was shipped hmmm
 
Why would anyone bother doing buisness with a company that is consistently failing to provide great customer service. Worse they send you what you don't order, insisting ZZP knows best. I think they ignore email box.

Why did you give them your cat? You could have got about $100 at a local yard.
 
ZZP has customers everyday that order their products and get what is expected when they expect. The problem is no one cares to say check it out I got what I ordered... That is what is expected! But we always hear all the horror stories about how they jacked it up so bad and couldn't get it fixed. I agree Customer Service could be slightly better, but have found that through emails to the Customer Service department problems are resolved quicker. Just be prepared to send back and forth a few times in one day to resolve issues quicker. I have stood up for ZZP before and they have messed up an order for me as well, but took care of the problem. I always have been satisfied with my purchases from them and will continue ordering.

Think about McDonald's... I have kids they love that sh!t but I 'd rather keep them from it. I have maybe 6 - 7 purchases a month from them and I guarantee you I expect the orders to be right, but I only remember every damn time they f**ked it up!! When in reality they probably get it all right 95% of the time or more. My mind is set they probably are gonna f**k this up....

My point is we remember only the bad, we expect it right so the bad is out of the norm and all that is talked about.

Its your choice who you buy stuff from, but I will still continue getting items from ZZP, until they prove me otherwise.

People are so quick to jump on the interwebz and bad mouth companies/products, because THEY had a bad experience with them/it. I just don't get it....

I know I've heard that they have bad customer service, but people do make mistakes....

I personally have ordered 6+ times, probably around 2K in parts, and never once did I have a problem. Also have sent 10+ people to that site to order and they didn't have problems either. All the correct parts were in the boxes, nothing damaged, exactly what I ordered. Also had the products within 2 days... if not the next day.

I am going to keep ordering from them and will continue to send people there way.

now I know why I keep hearing this place has alot of ZZP haters...

I've placed a couple orders with them, no real complaints. Still waiting on the results of my RMA (item got there last Thursday), just sent an email to inquire so we'll see what happens.
 
i ordered 900$ worth of stuff and they didnt send me my mps i ordered but argued and for a lack of better words called me a liar and said i recieved it so i am in no way impressed. and ate the 100 and ordered another

I'd have to agree with Bryan. I know we have all had our share of run ins with the customer service side but I'll still spend money with em.
