Evap system Vaccuum line setup

Hey i took my car to a mechanic shop yesterday and the mechanic told me that one of the vaccuum lines shouldn't go to the transmission. Can yall tell me what is the right setup im taking pictures of the current set up now.

you need the vac line to the tranny its what makes it shift.

evap line runs to the fire wall and down around the master cylinder. TB to evap solenoid, then its out line is the one to the fire wall, it goes back to the gas tank fuller neck. where the canister is.
