im doing a supercharger swap gen lll to gen v i have all the stuff to do the swap but now i lost i have been looking it up for awile now and i still have no clue how to do the evap and pcv for the gen v.

i did buy the throttle body adaptor for my l67 t/b but i herd im going to have to drill a hole in it for the vac line. if i buy a N* t/b would the setup work right with out drilling a hole it it.

if any one can send pic to show what a evap and pcv is that would be great.

PCV: if you're using an L67 TB, take a look at the bottom. There's a brass plug there that needs to be drilled and tapped. Put a fitting in and run a line from that fitting to the input on the top of the Gen V. From what I've seen, the N* will already have a port set up for the PCV. The key is that you need to get air from behind the MAF but in front of the throttle plate.

EVAP: this just needs a regular vac source, so you can run it to the normal spot on the TB and block off the input on the back of the blower, or you can put a fitting into the back of the blower and use that, then block off the port on the TB.

can you tell me where the pcv input is on the gen v?

and could you tell me where the evap is? haha im new with this stuff

It's the only port that points up. The plate is the PCV valve, the inlet is beside that toward the tb.

o so its not on the s/c its behind it?
No, it's on the blower housing.
now when you said the t/b needs to be drilled and taped and put a fitting in it what do you mean by that?
Um, I mean drill it out with a drill, tap it with a tap, and screw a fitting in. If you don't know what that means, I'm not sure what to tell you. Drilling and tapping holes is pretty standard stuff.

so i got it all in and everthing going i have to block off the old evap plate still. but i have no clue how to do the pcv i looked all over on the gen v there is no nipple on top for the pcv. my supercharger is off a 05 comp g dont no if that matters.

I did a search and it looks like I was thinking of the L26 UIM when I said "top" (I don't work on 04+ much). It's in the same spot on the Gen V, but recessed down a bit. I never really noticed it. It's still EXACTLY where I said and should be very easy to find. I think I'm done here, though. I'm baffled how you would do a Gen V swap at this point.
