erratic spedometer

hey guys, the other day i installed subs, an amp, and an interior LED kit. Anyways, i pulled out my gauge pod and installed everything. Now that everything is back in place my spedometer is erratic. I will be driving at like 45 and all of a sudden the spedo goes down to zero and goes up and down in between while the RPMs rise and after a few seconds it goes back to normal. Honestly the spedometer part doesnt even bother me that much, its that the tranny runs off speed so the shifting is skrewy....:(

has anyone ever had a problem with this or have any ideas? i would just like input before i go and check the million wires behind there.

also ive really been giving a good test to my subs so i think the vibrations are causing the problem. Does anyone know of a common weak point for loose connections or something?
 
hey guys sorry to be annoying but does anyone know about this issue? it's really starting to be a pain in the ass
