Alright so I'm gonna try my best here to contribute to all this good advice. Granted I'm on a Gen V (2004+ Supercharger in case you don't know) and I have a belt wrap on, I've got some pictures to tag along lol It's really super easy to do, shouldn't take you to long. After you get the belt off, you've gotta take the snout bolts off. (10mm like stated) I forgot how the Gen III supercharger sits exactly, but if I want to take my snout bolts off, my alternator has to come off, so that could be a possibility depending on ease of access. Once the snout bolts are off, there's one bolt that holds the blower on the LIM, that goes thru the snout itself. Mine is the shiny, hex head bolt, that faces upwards.
Your's will sit a little lower than mine, but it's the same general idea has the Gen V supercharger. Yours will also be a 10mm as well, not the hex head like I have. Once all the bolts are off, the snout will pull straight forward, since there's 2 dowel pins IIRC. That's of course after you spray all the supercharger oil out. Sometimes the snout is hard to pull out, but a few light taps with a rubber mallet will loosen right up. The coupler comes straight out, and replace it with the new one. Make sure to use anaerobic sealer like everyone said, not any old RTV, or else it won't seal up right. Tighten the snout bolts to 15 ft/lbs, put the belt back on, fill the blower with oil, and that should do it. Hope this helps and wasn't too confusing LOL
Just as a sidenote, it's hard to see, but this is the little hex head plug that needs to be taken off to spray the old supercharger oil out. Mine is hidden under my belt wrap, it's barely visible in the picture, but hopefully that's not to confusing.
And this is how the belt wrap is setup, to give you a rough idea of where that bolt should be.
