I have an 05 gxp. 54000 miles.
My temp gauge stopped working. Symptoms are: when starting th gauge sweeps the range and returns to the bottom as if it doesn't register at all. I get 'A/C will not operate to protect engine' in the info display. Also the outside temp indicator is accurate only when moving. When I come to a stop it rises like an engine would without cooling fans. Don't know if it's related, both problems showed up at the same time.
The car is running fine. I'm away from home and don't have a scan tool with me to check it out further.
Anyone have an experience like this?
