Engine swap or top swap



looks like im leaning toward a l32 i can get it with way less miles and for the same money seems like a no brainer to me just add a hd conversion and off i go.....but if i recall correctly i will need the engine obviously engine harness and pcm? dont think im missing anything, if any one hase done this before with their 04+ and have tricks or tips to make this smooth it would be very much appreciated
