I have a 2004 Grand Prix GT and when I'm going 70-80 and let off the gas, the engine shutters and the revs will lower then go to normal a couple times.
 


Might be a vacuum leak, or some transmission issues, like a clogged or worn valve body. Get it scanned and see what codes you're throwing.
