engine rough shaking/ chugging vibration

engine chugs when in low rpms between while idling and when taking off it struggles to go anywere and takes off slower then usual but is fine when driving down the road.. theres no engine light on and ive read a few posts about it being the MAF but it doesnt seem to work for others.. i was wondering if it could be the plugs or wires
 


Check all the obvious stuff: oil, coolant, trans fluid, plugs, wires. Check the gap on the plugs. How old are they? Does the tachometer behave strangely and do you have ABS or TRAC related lights on?

Next check vacuum connections, if you've got a lot of un-metered air entering the engine it will run like crap. Also, is there a significant amount of moisture on the engine block where your plenum/supercharger meet the lower manifold? Check everywhere for leaking air, oil and coolant.
