Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Engine randomly kills. At a loss

Hey guys,

Not really sure what could be causing this problem or if it could be transmission related. Basically, every once in a while when I start to accelerate from a stop (doesn't matter how hard), the car will randomly kill. It is completely unpredictable and only happens once while I am driving. Happened today on my way to work and it took 5-6 tries of turning it over for it to finally catch and keep running. All the other times, it would catch maybe once or twice, then kill. Amazingly, once it catches, car runs like there was never a problem in the first place. Also, no SES codes.

Check for a loose connector at the ICM. If that is good, then tap on the maf with it running. When that passes the tap test.. I'd probably shotgun a crank sensor onto it.

Yeah crank sensor was my initial thought.. I'll give that all a try tomorrow (no access to tools today) and return with results, Thanks.
