whats the difference between our engines and the grand national, gnx, t-type 3.8?? which cars have which L code engine? (our cars have the L32 and the buicks have the L67 or the our engines are 2 completely different blocks, or transmission/drivetrain boltups??) i would LOVE to hear the facts behind those 2 car's engines.

my favorite cars, the gp, the gnx, the gn, and the t-type... 3.8 turbocharged

completely different blocks. there is way more stuff out there to work with a GN and the modifications are completely different. there are no interchangeable parts either.

James is using a older block with Series II heads, he knows more about the older ones than most even thought of, so PM him (turbocharged406sbc) and he's probably got the exact answers for you....

Also the L36/L26 and L67/L32 all share the same block, the newer L32/L26 motors have a structural oil pan, but other than that, only difference is pistions(newer ones are coated) heads and up

wow, never knew that. b/c i go on streetfire.net and see gp's and gn's/gnx's/ttypes kicking some major ass. i mean i saw one beat a viper, an evo, a supra tt, and after i saw a gp beat the new ls7 vette, i knew right then and there "ive officially seen it all." its an awesome site, should visit it.
