Engine noise, rod Knock or something else?

Hi all,
I bought a Regal GS a few days ago. When its cold it sounds like it has a bottom end noise. I took a video of it cold. After listening more closes i wonder if it isnt something else, like maybe a bad tension-er pulley.

The noise can be heard at the end of the video very clearly. ( I just added the video so it may be a bit before it finishes converting.)

take the sc belt off first, run it. if sound is still there, take the other belt off, run it. see if its gone. sounds like a pulley maybe.

That would be ideal! Now that i think about it, it seems too irregular to be a rod knock but who knows.

Welp,
Just got back from having it on a lift at the shop where my dad works. They sell a lot of early 2000s cars there. We listened all over the car with a mechanics stethoscope . We could not find any bottom end noise. There also wasnt any abnormal pulley noise.
We believe that the noise is a faulty timing chain tensioner. The knocking is farly obvious around 1300 rpm so i held it there while pop checked the bottom end with the scope.

I also had the trans scanned, and we dont think there is anything wrong with it either. The stater pump is noisy but that is all. I am going to run some "Trans-X" through it and call it a day.
