Engine noise/movement 05 GP

I have a 2005 Pontiac GP Base. Usually when cold it makes an odd noise at idle park or drive that sounds like the video below at 30 and 38 or so. You can hear the sound in the background slightly and is very noticeable when I shift from park to reverse and drive to reverse (at 30-40 seconds). Also is that much movement normal for the engine?

Poor camera/audio do kinda make it hard to hear things, they just sound worse than they really are to me. I can't tell if it's engine related or pulley related. Maybe a lifter noise??

You could try some trans fluid in the oil to help clean things up on the inside if you think it's a valvetrain clatter noise.

As for the movement, I bet the passenger side motor mount is puked. That's alot of extra movement for an engine to have, I'd replace it if you never have before or atleast inspect it.

It could be the motor mount making the noise. Check it I bet it looks like this.

Check the mount on the other side as well.

Check the condition of them. If the rubber isn't torn flip the mounts. Someplace on here there are instructions on how to flip the mounts. I'm on my phone atm, and can't remember where it is.
