engine light on and off

im still having this problem it goes on and off i brought it to a local shop and they checked all my vacuum lines he told me my top intake is probly bad so i changed it and it still goes on amd off im going nuts

Go to a shop and have them scan it, there should be history codes stored.

My service engine soon light goes on and off all the time, dunno if that's what your talking about though. Someone said something about the gas cap?

i got a new gas cap i brought it to a shop and it said bank one he looked at the history and said its not miss firing or anything bad he just told me when the car is cold something is making it run bad when its warm it runs perfect this car is making me go nuts lol

The shop is just making you throw parts at the car to try and fix it. $Each time the light comes on a code is stored, make the shop tell you what the code is, write it down and then I can look it up for you.

I know I put a drop in K&N filter in my car. and The light would come on and stay on for a couple days then go off and repeat. so I got rid of it and it stopped happening.
