Engine knocking after turbo build

Before the turbo build the engine didnt make any nosies. The bottom end wasnt touched at all ( only timing chain ) , we also installed a st3 cam , heads , lifters , meziere flex plate , l26 upper intake manifold , sfi balancer , stock rockers , tep built tranny with precision industries 3000 stall converter. Started the car up and a knocking noise is coming from the bottom end. Not sure if its the flexplate hitting somthing or the converter rubbing. Theres nothing in the oil or anti freeze. I have Oil pressure.. Has anyone experienced anything like this before or know anything it might be?
 


Stupid question, but is the trans. full of fluid? I only ask because when I installed my used trans and at first fire up I had a knock. As soon as I got the trans full of fluid it stopped.
 
Can you get a vid of the noise. My TC bolts didn't go all the way in when I did mine, turned out they were a different thread size if I remember right.
