engine flutters up and down when driving.

hi i am new to this site but i have a question. i have a 04 gtp with a 06 engine 80k on the engine. recently it started fluttering when going steady speeds. at first i thought it was the tranny up and downshifting but i believe it has to do with the engine or some sensor. i took it to the shop and he hooked it up and it said the solenoids in the alternator, egr valve, and the evap fuel sensor i believe it was, which i have had for almost a year. any help would be great.
 


by fluttering i mean the rpms go down then back up and feels like its shifting weather going 30 or 70 mph. it doesnt do it when the car is cold either first few min anyways
 
Another vote for the torque convertor locking and unlocking. In mine it was causing a 200-300 surge when cruising at a light throttle. Much more pronounced gonig up a hill with little throttle. To fix mine I disconnected the battery and put the two terminals together to "reset" the computers. Did that about 4 months ago and I haven't had a problem since. It's free to do so you could give it a try.
