Engine Code P0121 Throttle position sensor

I've been getting an engine code for the throttle position. I have replaced the sensor 2 times, and the car dosent have any of the symptoms prior to the replacement, but the code still comes back. I also converted over to a North Star tb and N* maf. I had the mechanic check for continuity and voltage for the tps and says its good. is there anything else that could be causing the problem?
 


Might be a Scotty fix here.

Do you have DHP up and running to watch the voltage on it? Or position? Once you do have a way to see it.. wiggle the wiring going over the fans to the engine and also near the tps. Watch for spikes or drop outs.
